Well, you know, one more year, how’s that cause for celebration?
For their fifth anniversary, Institubes decided to call it a day, to burn down the house, to pack everything in a neat bundle of sorrow and joy and bury it six feet deep. They decided to cut to the grave. They have had plenty of grrreat times together but constant elation and unbridled tomfoolery can last only so long. Let’s have a mournful party. Let’s move from Mardi Gras to Ash Wednesday. It’s the most beautiful day of Carnival. Black and white from head to toe, forlorn-looking girls smiling shyly through streaming mascara, boys emboldened by the proximity of death. Impending doom makes love urgent. Everything that must happen happens. On Friday, March 14th, we’re drawing our last breath. Be there to die with us and be reborn in glory.

Surkin: little knight
If you are into electro, or techno music more precislely, you have probably already stoped by the French producer Surkin’s page.
Surkin launched several weeks ago the great track “White Knight Two” resolutely inspired by Detroit’s sound of the beginning. Derrick May can definitely claim that he does inspire a young dance music producers generation.
Surkin is back with this new track, “Next of kin“, that starts as a soundtrack for a bad terror TV show and stunningly switch into an incredible pop track.
These two tracks will be put on a 12inch soon available on Institubes.
Let’s talk about the artwork to make this post complete, this is the work of Gaspirator.
This news comes right before the anniversary party of Institbues where Surkin will mix, and that we have already presented yo you with pain.
